Important: ADAlert performs an automated structural scan for common accessibility issues. A clean scan result does not constitute legal certification of ADA, WCAG, or any other accessibility law compliance, and does not guarantee protection from legal claims. Automated scanning cannot detect all accessibility issues, including many that require human judgment or assistive-technology testing. ADAlert is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by the U.S. Department of Justice, the ADA, or any government body. You should consult a qualified accessibility professional or attorney for a comprehensive compliance assessment.
ADAlert uses automated tools to scan and report on website content. All output is provided "AS IS" and may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for independently reviewing any output before relying on it for business or legal decisions. ADAlert assumes no liability for actions taken based on its output.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ALDER CANOPY LLC, ITS FOUNDERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LEGAL CLAIMS ARISING FROM ACCESSIBILITY ISSUES NOT DETECTED BY THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Alder Canopy LLC and its operators against any third-party claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your reliance on scan results, or your violation of applicable law.
ADAlert relies on third-party infrastructure providers, including Vercel (hosting) and Stripe (payment processing). We are not responsible for outages or errors originating from these providers, though we select and configure them in good faith.
We use reasonable security measures appropriate to an early-stage product, but no system is completely secure. Do not submit highly sensitive data through this Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind the business you represent to use this Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse. You may cancel your subscription at any time; no refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
